We provide Luxury, Fashion and Specialty Retailers powerful and easy to use planning solutions that are cloud native. Together with our specialized partners, we act as a single provider from business process design to everyday system evolution and administration.
We believe that deep expertise in the retail planning process and the right technology are the base to make projects in this area successful. We also believe that to sustain value generation over time we need to build trusted relationships with our customers and implement with them a systematic approach to drive continuous innovation.

Our History
The company was founded in 2018, by a small team of real experts in Retail Planning and with a passion to help companies solve their planning challenges. The founders, Simone and Riccardo, after 20 years in retail planning, the last 9 of which spent together at TXT Retail, saw a clear opportunity to innovate the way software solutions support Retailers in this area. The following challenges and opportunities were top of mind:
- The past generation of Retail Planning systems had limited user adoption due to lack of usability, performance, and flexibility.
- There was a major increase in Retail Planning complexity driven by both Omnichannel as well as the possibility to leverage more integrated and reactive supply chains.
- There was a much greater cultural readiness and top management support for leveraging advanced analytics as part of the planning process (we like to call it Augmented Intelligence).
The first pilots were carried out in the first half of 2019, and they were successful. Since then, we have been growing the team and expanding in terms of solution coverage, customer industry segments and geographic presence. We now work with several industry leaders throughout Europe, and we are expanding globally.

Simone Pozzi
CEO & Co-Founder
- 20+ years of experience helping global retailers and fashion brands to improve business performance, leveraging planning and merchandising applications.
Past roles as CEO of TXT Retail, management positions at Oracle, SAS Institute and i2 (JDA) and direct retail experience at Geox.
Riccardo Proni
CTO & Co-Founder
- 20+ years of experience in planning technologies.
Past roles as SVP R&D and Head of Global Project Delivery for TXT Retail where he led the creation of 3 generations of retail planning solutions.
Fashion retail experience delivering projects for worldwide industry leaders.
Riccardo Tarli
Chief Software Architect
- Deep expertise in software architecture, planning engines and cloud deployments.
Past role as Chief Software Architect at TXT Retail. Designed and implemented merchandising, assortment, buying and supply chain planning engines that have been adopted by many global fashion retailers leaders.
Emanuele Parini
Head of Web Development
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and development.
Past role as Team Leader of Web Clients Development at TXT Retail. Spent career building web application for world’s largest fashion retailers, involved into analysis, design and implementation of innovative cloud-native SaaS software.
Vincenzo Cappelluti
Solution Development Manager
- Solid experience in planning projects with more than 10 years at TXT Retail/Aptos as Senior Technical Architect and then Professional Service Director. Vincenzo has developed a strong expertise serving leading global retailers in all technology related elements of their Planning projects.
Denis Busato
Customer Success Manager
- Experience across retail planning business processes and technology.
Past role as Business Consultant and Solution Architect for international merchandise & assortment planning projects at TXT Retail. Direct retail experience as Head of Planning & Allocation systems at Geox.
Michele Maturo

- 20+years of experience in designing and implementing planning systems.
Past role as Solution Design Manager and Senior Solution Architect at Aptos/TXT-Retail.
Designed and implemented merchandising, assortment planning, wholesale demand forecasting, store allocation/replenishment and pricing systems for many leading fashion brands and specialty retailers.
